Magic Inspired Watercolor Painting

Hi Guys long time no see!!! Yes I'm still around just being very busy lately.

Today, I want to share a very nice traditional watercolor painting by one of my friend on Deviant Art. I've posted a cosplay picture called "Magic" and this picture inspired him to paint the picture.

I really liked the way he compose the whole picture. If you visit my gallery (Marlinx Deviant Art page) you'll see the original character was lying on the floor holding a card and looking towards the camera. Instead drawing something similar, he drew a larger face and half body, you actually can see the expression from the character and it looked very interesting.

 

I am SO glad that he made this picture! I really liked it, specially with the little tear/diamond under her eye, simply BEAUTIFUL! <3 <3

I’m glad that my picture can be inspirational, I never know a simple picture can do this much! Hopefully I’ll create or have more “good” pictures to get people inspired OR can feel what I felt, see what I’m seeing. Challenging right? LOL, yeah I know but this is something that I want to go for it.

I’m also looking into “Cinematography” at the moment. I’m amazed by these short films have “cinema” feels…I really want to make something like that! Maybe in the future :)

Doodle with DeviantMuro!

Recently DeviantArt luanched a new online program called Muro. It's like online drawing application but you can set different layers and use diferrent brushes to draw picture, then you can publish it into your art gallery.

I was trying out and having fun with it...I found it's very interesting and fun to use, despite that the program isn't responding to my pen tablet very well...they might have to improve that over time.
Other than that, it's a fun program to use and I really enjoy it.

Pink Sweetie Commission OPEN!

Recently I wanted to learn new style of drawing. Well, NOT that new...it's be IN for a while but I never had a chance to learn it. It's Anime style of CG. Have been searching everywhere and didn't find anything really helpful to my problems/questions.






Well, I found a lot of useful tutorials in Deviant Art website and from there, I got a lot of help! Thank you Deviant art and talented artists! :D

This is my character Pink Sweetie :) She's SO pink and SO sweet, you almost can smell her from miles away! I'm planning to draw whole series of Loli Chibi collection to sell. Hopefully I'll make my first sale soon!

Kuroshitsuji II

I was at my usual web surfing and visited my Deviant Art web page found out a journal talking about one of my favorite manga book; Kuroshitsuji; The Black Butler.

I liked the drawing and the whole story about Sebastian and Ciel's weird relationship but I was shocked to find out that their relationship will be OVER! WHAT? I couldn't believe my eye, why????? D: They both make such attractive characters with lots of chemistry (not the one you're thinking...hahah).

As I read through the creator's blog found out that she was also sad to see Sebastian and Ciel separating but ensure us that the second part will be even more intriguing and Ciel won't come back this easy.

OK, I got it :( poor Ciel. So I found out the Anime series link (some people uploaded and translated the subtitle) and watched the last episode...I was very sad to see Ciel's soul got eaten b Sebastian. :(

  Kuroshitsuji II, uhm, how shall I say it... I can't say that I liked it because I only watched the first episode. Second, I really don't like the kid who replaced Ciel. This is one of a psychotic kid, who was tortured by some sicko. -_- Oh well... I must admit the second Kuroshitsuji was pretty good because you couldn't forget the psychotic kid :S

Let's see...how this is going to lead...I'll looking forward to it.
